Chicken Chili with Black Beans

This recipe was found in the Relief Sociey coookbook.
It is from Miriam Roberts!
3 chicken breasts cubed
1 large onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped with liquid
2 medium red peppers, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
2 tsp cumin
2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, rinsed and drained

Stir-fry chicken, peppers, onion, and garlic in olive oil, about 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer!
We top the soup with grated cheese, sour cream, and chips!
